Does anyone else hate telling other people facts about yourself? Like your history or just things you might do in a day? I always feel regret after I let anyone know personal stuff about me.
When I think about it I tend to get along with most anyone but I'm just prompting them to tell me things or facts about them self.

Yes, in fact I sometimes actively withhold information despite it being pertinent and engaging to the group conversation. Preventing myself from building rapport and keeping myself known as the socially awkward quiet dude.

Anyone else feel like that even if they were to finally get a job, gf etc, that they're so far behind the curve that all you'll be doing your entire life is catching up to what is normal for other people?
I'm 23 and I already feel older than most of the people on 4chan.
And the longer you fall behind the harder is it to get anywhere. You have gaps in your resume, you become more and more secluded and stop meeting new people, your chance of finding any kinda romance gets lower and lower.
I'm never going to catch up to my peers but I just want to do right by myself. I'm okay with a life of solitude and I believe there are interesting and worthwhile things I can do that way.
