I can never find the will to focus. It's just so hard to concentrate. The thought of performing tasks makes me overwhelmed with feelings of drowsiness.
When I CAN do something, I go at a much slower rate than I did even just a few years ago.

She's the most selfless and sweetest person I've ever met. This is killing me so much to see her go through this, but I know it's much worse for her. She had apparently been experiencing visual hallucinations for 3 years now but refused to tell anyone because "then they would become real". I only found out a couple months ago when she had one while we were on the phone and she started talking to "someone" and uncontrollably sobbing. In the past couple months they've become much more vivid and frequent and she started experiencing auditory hallucinations as well. What do I do guys?

That's terrible, but she is in treatment, just make sure to tell her to tell her doctor the truth about what's happening so they can find the right meds. Besides that, just be there for her, don't abandon her even if it seems difficult to endure.
