a game is only P2W if the currency youre using to improve your performance is earned outside of the game which creates laughable exchange rates
example if youre playing wow and youre farming gold to get better equipment nobody is accusing you of P2W cheating
but if you buy guild with earth dollars you can get insane amounts of the ingame currency because of the laughable exchange rates and youre not earning this money by investing time in the game
