I just realized I'm fat. At the end of last summer I was 175 lbs at 5'10". I've been eating a lot, and not very good food, and I started noticing I have a gut earlier this week. I weighed myself and I'm 192 lbs. It's still a manageable weight but I'm surprised at how quickly I gained weight.

Does anyone else have a problem with drinking beer too quickly? I love the taste of beer so I can finish a glass in like 3 minutes. I don't understand how some people can nurse a drink for like 20 minutes.
