So why do people on 4chan genuinely think being a "normie" is a thing?
From what I understand, you genuinely believe you're somehow different or not apart of the rest of society? As if it's a bad thing to be a functioning member of society? That you should reject all social norms and that everyone else who is "normie" is a terrible person?
Why would one want to reject being "normal" anyway? It's possibly the best thing out there about being a normal functioning human.
Do you honestly find it more normal to isolate yourself in your house every day of your life and sit on your computer or console playing video games, watching tv shows, looking at porn, and sitting on 4chan all day long? This doesn't at all seem healthy. And as someone who's experienced it on and off, it doesn't feel good.
I still didn't think I was anymore unique or special for being a social pariah. It felt terrible. And it wasn't something I was proud of. Being unemployed, friendless, or almost friendless and sitting on my computer all day.
I don't understand the notion that some people on this website actually believe being a hateful, cynic on 4chan is a better "life" than being happy and spending time with friends, family, girlfriends, boyfriends and actually enjoying your life outside of the digital space.
Just something I've been thinking about after years of use on this website.
I still don't believe we're any different from the rest of the world. You'd be naive to think you're somehow different for using 4chan. Which is despite popular belief, an incredibly popular, notorious website used by millions of people of all ages world wide.
tl;dr You're not special for using 4chan. You're not unique for liking anime, or different music, tv or film. You're not special for being a social outcast, depressive, or unemployed adult.

Sad day my friend. But yeah it is normal to watch these things. The most brutal ones I find are the ones where a young boy gets fucked up by a group with melee weapons, like when they all circle around and stab the boy in the head with shovels and bayonets. There are many such videos to be found. Also gunshot ones are good too.
Best videos usually come from Latin America especially Brazil, Africa and sometimes good ones from China. The best and most brutal are the gang killings from different parts of the world. Another thing I enjoy are community executions, I.e the whole village gathers and burns stones or beats someone to death (usually a woman). It is fun for me to see the sort of mob justice that people exact on deviant women, I think we need a bit more of that. watching death videos will generally make you a better person.
