Absolutely. A lot of people don't actually realize that Kurt had a horrible stomach disease and was in constant pain daily. I can relate because my Lyme disease gives me really awful skin pain/flaking (not to mention the intense overwhelming depression.)
I know tons of people think Kurt was murdered, but for someone being in constant horrible pain every single day, with massive heroin use being the only relief, it'd make sense that he'd commit suicide.
