my dad wants to see my family who lives across 2 states, he wants to see all his kids together before he dies, he seems okay to me, but whatever. Not in the U.S. Psychiatric conditions have to be a lot more serious than that, and even then, you'll likely get turned down. People with serious physical deformities even get turned down and have to go through numerous appeals before being accepted, and then their cases are reviewed within 3 years and the rejection process starts all over again.

Autism and OCD are two very different things. And I'm pretty sure no one in the U.S. receives government benefits for being a NEET. There's no such assistance program here. Closest thing you can do is receive college grants, which will give you enough left over money to live on. Of course, you have to be enrolled in college for that.
