I slogged through college for four years and failed to get any internships. No connections poor kid, didn't stand a chance against the diversity and rich kids despite being near top of my classes. Also being a robot means I can't interview well.
Then I spent a year applying to every engineering job I could possibly qualify for.
I got a lucky break and got hired as a government engineer intern and then leveraged it into a full time position at another agency because I'm actually a good worker.

I usually just call them redditors and move on but I think there's a deeper problem than that. It's hard to describe exactly but the way they post is similar to what you would see on a porn site's comment section. It's like you took a 300 lb socially unaware, mentally challenged neckbeard and introduced them to the internet for the first time. They seem to have just enough intelligence to format a comprehensible sentence but that is the extent to it.
