I don't know if any of these will work for you or not but they're worth a shot.
1) Stop visiting "edgy" websites so you don't even know what the latest edgy opinions are (easier said than done I know)
2) Do some activity that puts you near older or more conservative people. Hang out with your parents if that's an option for you. Unless you got this trait from them. You tend to pick up traits from those you hang around
3) Learn to respect "PC" thoughts. They have some good points sometimes. Really.
4) Anger management techniques maybe? If you get so mad that you can't control yourself you might have an issue. Take a (reliable) test online to see what it says.
