You guys may remember me, I am the guy who asked out a qt3.14 to the aquarium on a date, and then updated on it and such. Well today we went on our second date, we just watched Captain America: Civil War, and then grabbed lunch then chilled at her house for a bit before she went out with her family to dinner for Mother's Day, so here's how my date went.

Ask your doctor about beta blockers. It stops your brain setting off your adrenal gland which puts you in "fight or flight" mode in non-serious situations, if it is indeed anxiety-triggered.

Then I'm 95% sure it's anxiety related shakes and definitely a fight or flight response then. I am on some beta blockers right now, it's interesting. You still get "mentally" anxious, but you physically feel no symptoms.
