I believe it. He never answered any questions. There's so many photos that had to be taken by parents, developed, then stashed away in the home somewhere. It's obvious that it's either his brother, sister, mom or dad. How else would they have gotten those photos? Not like police detectives scan childhood photos. Who would? Family members.
