At what age did you finally accept the fact that you're ugly and it was never your fault to begin with? For me it was late 22 when I finally accepted it and stopped trying. I breathed one final sigh of relief and all of a sudden felt like a massive weight was lifted off my shoulders. The following days I cut off all contact with all my "friends," stopped socialisng with my coworkers completely, deleted all my social media and dating accounts and just invested all my time and money into my own immediate pleasure.
I don't care about how ugly I am because I'm not a feminine bitch. I love my beer belly, body hair & crocs
I had the opposite.

White people having to share their countries is not "genocide". If there are a million white people living in a country and 9 million brown people move ther the white people haven't been "genocided". Even though they have gone from 100% of the population to 10% they are still there, they haven't been killed or anything. White people are still around and will be around for the foreseeable future. It is not some great tragedy that non-whites get to share a higher standard of living (which was achieved at the expense of many of their home countries/other non-white lands). In fact it's good for everyone. And the reason people don't push for diversity in developing countries is because they don't have the means to attract immigration in the first place. Places like Japan ARE being pressured to open up their immigration policy, and it's something that needs to happen to take some of the pressure off of Western nations.

I've never even heard of daily affirmation but I feel like trying it, I kind of think it's just a mind trick into making you change your outlook on yourself.
