I hate all the GUYS here complaining about how their looks are holding them back. It really doesn't matter if you're good looking as a guy. Either way, you can still make friends and get a desirable girlfriend. Yes, it can help if you're attractive, but if you're not good looking, there are other ways you can compensate.
However, if you're a girl, your looks are pretty much the end all be all. It's hard to make real friends, cause friendship for girls is determined largely by social status, a lot of which is determined by looks. All your "friends" resent their place in the food chain and would abandon you in a second to befriend the cheerleaders if the option was presented to them. And of course, no guys wants to be your boyfriend, even the ones with the same low level of attractiveness.
So basically, stop saying women can't be robots, because the opposite is true. If you're lonely as a guy, it's by choice. For us fembots, that fate was sealed at birth (minus the fatties).

I think one of the problems in my case is that I'm such an extreme shut-in I can't really relate to anyone and the disparity in our lives quickly turns into a suffocating presence. I'm pretty good socially so I can empathise with people who have active, busy lifestyles with a wide circle of friends to a point but that only takes you so far.
