I wouldnt like it. If a equality between men and women is real than that would mean women could go around being polyandry. In my opinion, no.
Meds can help a lot but eventually depression always returns. It's something defective in our brains, so if it's not solved when you are still growing, as an adult this is pretty much game over.

It can't be cured. My psych and other people in the clinic tell me its something I have to live with, that it won't just magically go away some day.
Also depending on how severe your depression is, you can have 6 - 10 episodes in your life with each episode being no longer than 2 years. This is just an average though.
So on average, depressed people get to be depressed for 20 years of their lives.
People always say that you should go outside, and they seem to enjoy going outside, but what is there to actually do? Am I supposed to just sit outside for hours? I can't really think of anything, like am I supposed to just walk in one direction or something? It all seems very boring
