Not so much in Cali as in say Kentucky or Utah. Cali is one of the most tolerant places on earth where they pass law upon law against puritanism, orthodoxy and traditional habits that they see as making life harder for certain groups of people. Cali has already or is about to even pass a law that makes it illegal to discriminate against someone convicted of a serious crime if it's been more than 5 years or something.
Now leaving relationships aside, this means an ex-pornstar can probably get a job anywhere and if there's the slightest hint that she wasnt hired or was fired or passed up for promotion she can sue. This raises her market value generally speaking and it helps her be less stigmatized in personal relationships too because of the live and let live philosophy around there.
Of course, not every californian buys into this attitude but enough do to give her some sort of chance at starting a family if she wants, and also if people gang up against her or slut shame her there's going to be people willing to retaliate unlike in places like Kentucky, Utah or Tennessee.

Ive done mushrooms maybe 2.5 times? (weak trip once). I felt a flip get switched. It was more like weaponizing my anxiety. I felt like I finally 'got it' that sitting in my mom's basement playing mmo's while working a shitty part time job at Target wouldnt lead to suicide, but stagnation. 6 months later i had sold most of the things I owned and moved across the country to start a new career that gave me enough creative and financial freedom to figure my shit out.
