I had the exam same life, i managed to get out of it by forcing myself to go to parties and socialize AKA learn how to be a normie by myself, still not quite these yet. Holy shit are you me, dude? I'm going to College this Fall and it's so goddamned scary. I haven't had a single friend in five years, let alone a girlfriend, and I've only recently begun to recover from my extremely crippling social anxiety/autism. I was never allowed to go outside nor did I have any friends over. My Mom discouraged me from having a girlfriend or a girl who was a friend because she was afraid that such a girl would get me into trouble.
All I can say is.. Good luck, man. You just have to tough it out... And if it doesn't work out/the stress accumulates, just end your life. That's my plan, anyways.
