I did the same thing the same way, senpai. Feels good. Then I went to the gym to get muscles. Keep doing what yr doing.
There really is some truth to this. Most people can just lose a ton of weight by just cutting out junk food. Beyond that, cutting portions can help a ton, too. I lost a shit ton of weight over the course of a year or so barely even exercising or paying attention to my diet. I guess I just ate a little less than normal and drank a little more water than normal. I was amazed when one day I stepped on the scale and I weighed so much less.
In my case, however, right in the cusp of my weight goal, I plateaued. I guess now I actually have to pay attention to my diet and shit. Be careful, might happen to you too.
I lost a shit ton of weight by cutting out carbs, milk and grain. Drank mostly water. Went to the gym at least once a week and did swimming laps.
Only ate veggies, fruit, and meat. It got really old fast though. Once in a while, you gotta just be a fatass and eat what you want.
