any tips? i feel like this is gonna sound stupid to most of you but since i feel like most of you would appreciate your girlfriend i would ask on how to get his attention. he pisses me off too much for me to beg for his attention, and he doesnt deserve sex with how he's been acting.

Schizoaffective here. My schizo is in a remission period right now, but it'll be back in exactly 4 days. I've been tracking it on a spreadsheet. I'm still depressed as shit though.

Schizoaffective here too, the schizo side mostly went away with Seroquel, and summer is generally a good period for me, excluding a week or two every now and then.

i'm not schizophrenic but I still occasionally experience psychotic symptoms (bipolar type I here)
I keep thinking there are one or more entities invading my consciousness with theirs, attempting to control or change my essence. I don't "hear" them speak to me, it sounds like my thoughts, which is why I think they are trying to brainwash me directly.
