A therapist just listens to your bullshit and brings up ways in which you're contradicting yourself in hopes that you'll realize you're the reason for yourself feeling the way you do.

Been going for about 2 months, been taking SSRIs for about 4 weeks.
Therapy is bullshit. It helps you with introspection if you use it well, but it will not help with your mental issues. That is my experience at least.
SSRIs were effective for about a week or two, but now I am slipping back into depression.
It might make shit easier, but you will never be fixed. Might as well accept that.

What I usually do is I just smoke a ton of weed before the drug test. Like, inhuman amounts of weed. When they get my results they have such a ridiculous value I argue their intern doing the work must've fucked up. Then they schedule a new test and I refuse to take it.
If they force my hand I just smoke a ton of week the day before again, then argue the entire lab must be incompetent or crooked.
They start using a new lab, I keep at it like a champ, then they're really puzzled when this test messes up again. I tell them it's probably natural for me.
