I really wish I would my past attempts weren't interrupted. For some reason it seems like now that I've had a taste of life getting better it's harder for me to work up the balls to go through with it anymore. I just want off this ride.

Heya robots,
Any good ideas on how to help my robot flatmate become a healthier and saner person? He is halfway working on a masters degree in something, but otherwise spends all day in his room with the curtains closed playing video games and god knows what. He lives in a messy chaos covered in leftover food and dirty underwear. I made him clean his floor last week which cut out the smell that made me feel sick whenever he opened his door, but with his current lifestyle I expect it to start smelling again sooner or later.
He has no friends and never does anything but sit in his room all day, only ever leaves to go to the store or do his 10 minutes of science stuff daily. He has one of those comic book girl pillows in his bed, so I'm guessing he doesn't ever talk people outside of his computer.
I usually don't interfere with other people living their lives their own shitty ways, but this guy smells like hell, and lives a really self-destructive life. He will also be here all summer while I'll be spending my summer with friends and family, and I would prefer if the house was still standing and reasonably clean when I come back.
What do robots? I'm well trained in screaming from my military service, but it feels kinda wrong to scream orders at some awkward overweight civilian. Write a letter? If so, saying what? Casually mentioning stuff a little bit at a time? Been trying that so far with limited returns.

I think that mostly, they just mean that they want to have a relationship with someone else on top of being your friend. You're not good enough for a relationship in the long term. They would have to break up with you because of it and then friendship would be fucked. So it's kind of true.

I accept my kissless virginity. I've always been bad with girls. It's probably a confidence thing, or maybe my passions are a little bit too weird.
But in the end, that's okay. Thinking too much about girls and what they think of me just makes me sad.
All I had to do, in the first place, was living my own life, focusing on what I really like, and not caring about anything, not worrying for scenarios that only happen in my head.
From now on, I will focus on programming, music, drawing, or soccer. These are some of my passions, I don't know if I can make something social out of it, but once again, that's okay, because that's what I love.
I'm only 20, and I still haven't traveled much, I didn't have many opportunities. I have plenty of time. But the most important : I'm at peace with myself.
