I have been trying to reduce my daily intake, but still end up consuming a total of anywhere between 300-500mg of caffeine per day.
I have taken into deep consideration that there would be considerable benefits in weening myself off of the caffeine jew with caffeine pills so I can more closely regulate my intake

Don't underestimate how addictive caffeine is, just because it's a normie legal drug it doesn't make it any less so. I had a worse time coming off caffeine than benzo's cold turkey. With caffeine I had panic attacks everyday for a couple of weeks from cold turkey, it effects people differently.
Anyway, you'll be glad to be off that stuff OP when you get the chance. More energy, less anxiety, better sleep.

i've figured out how to be happy when drinking alcohol. i used to drink only 5 ABV beer because i thought it was the best way to get drunk. but its not. I now only drink high ABV drinks to get drunk quicker. that way my stomach doesn't get bloated and I feel great quicker. Is there any truth to the fact that getting drunk quicker is healthier? seriously
