It's going to be tough. If you're really serious, you can't kid yourself about how hard it will be.
Don't rely on willpower, it will fail. Help yourself by making it impossible to go back to even if your willpower gives out and you want to.
Sell your account. Maybe even get rid of your computer and buy a normie-tier, craptastic netbook thing that cannot run it.
A key thing is to not spend time avoiding it, but rather spend the time you used to sacrifice to it on fulfilling things that promote taking care of yourself or forming connections with others.
If you stop playing WoW to just aimlessly browse or stare at a wall, you will eventually fail and go right back. You've got to build a life you want to live in instead of one you need to escape from.
Quitting won't magically solve all the problems in your life, but it will give you valuable time to work on solving them.

I used to experience times when life felt like a dream I had no control over. It felt bad but it was mostly harmless. However lately I've been experiencing it more and harder. I just came home from vacation and when i woke up from sleep everything felt 100% automatic and I was very scared so I shouted to know that I was in control but the shout didnt feel real either
