Anyone on this boat? I started losing weight and re-enrolled in college, cut out all drugs and alcohol use. Taking up online programming courses to help get a jump-start on my degree. Work online to help with bills and be self-sufficient. Trying to let go of politics altogether and just be a good person again that isn't mad all the time...
Seems like I'm doing all the right things but I'm still so depressed. Even if I get back to a good weight I doubt it'll help my social skills, which left in early high school and never came back. My job barely makes me $200-300 a month which is good for bills and nothing else. I haven't hung out with someone since January & without drugs/alcohol I can't even be artificially happy. No one to talk to, no confidence to go out by myself, not even of drinking age....hell the only reason I even typed all this is because I don't have anyone to talk to & this is shit I just have bottled up. should I just end it?
