I know a lot of you self-harm or used to.
I have a lot of keloid (raised) scars all over my body and found out about a process called dermabrasion where a surgeon removes upper layers of skin with some glorified sandpaper under local anaesthesia.
So I sanded off the scar myself and put some zinc ointment on it.
Anyone ever do this? This is a test run to see how well the scar heals after that (shaved off around 1.5mm). If it heals well I'll do the rest of my body during winter (less sun and can still go to work without anyone noticing)

It's going to take a lot of practice, but there is pretty much no other way for me to get better. I'm going to focus on meditation, exercise, and a healthy diet. This is it robots, this is my only chance.
Has anyone experienced a breakthrough with meditation?
Currently, I stay up late as fuck, smoke a pack a day, fap to pornhub 3-4 times a day, eat really shitty fried food and junk snacks, and pretty much browse r9k all day long.
Something's bound to change if I trade that toxic lifestyle for one of meditation and health, no?
