Heroin is a strong antipsychotic, and extremely addictive.
In some individuals, THC may actually induce psychosis, especially without the presence of the antipsychotic CBD, but it's not particularly addictive.
Both of them are very effective pain relievers though, although THC and other cannabinoids are usually better at relieving neuropathic pain, whereas opiates aren't particularly good at relieving neuropathic pain at all, generally.
