I got bullied quite a bit in elementary school. I learned how to fight a little bit though. Not so much in high school cause I knew my place and I was careful not to bother anyone.
I was bullied pretty much every single day from elementary school all the way through to highschool
it left me emotionally dead and fueled my hatred for women and normies in general
I didn't even do anything that warranted it
I was bullied in middle school and the mixture of that my dad being hard on me on grades and bedbug infested house made me a edgy manlet who muature into a passive easygoing manlet whos a black belt in TKD
Basicly i have to thank that bully and those events because it made me /fit/ as fuc

They're pretty common. And yeah, they hurt like hell. Take a lot of ibuprofen. Dont exceed 1g paracetamol, it doesn't cure pain much more after that but it does destroy your body.
Avoid coffee, try and drink your food because I imagine chewing and swallowing hurt a lot.

Try putting alcohol in your ears after a shower. Also, only put q-tips about the length of the actual cotton tip into your ear.
Keep water out of your ears, and if you wear headphones make sure you get some air on you rears and keep them dry. No ear buds bud.
