You don't necessarily need to believe in le magic sky fairy to appreciate the philosophy behind living your life in a way that follows the teachings of Jesus Christ, the only perfect man who has ever lived. Faith in Christ will uplift your spirit no matter what evil or difficult situation you may be facing; the ultimate comfort is found in knowing that Jesus Christ is willing to forgive you and to give you comfort if the heart seeks Him and accepts the truths of His word.
