Unless you're thinking that the difficulty of work and education is correlated with success. If so, you cannot be more naive. Some people can work their hardest for the rest of their lives and make very little, while those who put in a small amount of work can just as easily make more money than everyone else. And depending on the case and context, it can also just as easily be the other way around. Difficulty and challenge of work/education doesn't always make the difference.

how does the welfare system in your country work? lets compare.
in germany we have this official government thing called "Agentur fuer Arbeit" which means agency of work. if you don't have a job, they will pay your rent and also provide you with welfare money (called "Hartz 4").
if you are a single person with no wife or children, they obviously wont pay you a huge house. you will get a 1 bedroom apartment with maybe 30-40 square meters + heating.
Hartz 4 is ca. 390 euro per month. thats enough for some shitty food, clothes, internet and maybe a gym membership. that's it. you won't be able to afford any expensive hobbys, traveling or clubbing. you will most likely sit on your ass and play world of warcraft all day while day drinking.
BUT the people at Agentur fuer Arbeit will try to force you into any available job, doesn't matter if you want it or not. if there is a job described as "smear dog shit in your face while getting ass fucked by a hiv infested nigger for 8,50 euro/hour" they WILL make you apply for that.
if you deny, they will make a cut on your welfare money up to 30%. they can repeat this until you have literally nothing left. then you will get food stamps instead.
so, that's the situation in germany. how does it work in USA, UK, Australia or wherever you guys come from? i am really intersted. pls respond

In Australia the welfare office is called 'centrelink'. It handles all the various welfare payments like disability, aged pensions, unemployment, student support etc.
If you're unemployed they will make you keep a record of jobs you apply to, 10 per week. You're supposed to write down on a sheet they give you the address, contact name and details etc but since 99% of jobs are applied online now you just write the website. You have to go into the office once every month I think it was and they check that you filled in the bullshit sheet, but nobody gives a shit enough to actually verify it so you can write whatever crap you want on the sheet.
They also make you go to these useless faggot 'job service' places that are private companies who get paid to theoretically help you write a resume, find a job etc. In reality they are useless faggots who have no idea how to help you get work unless its menial shit.
Current payment is about $500AU per fortnight which sounds ok until you live in sydney where the shittiest 1 bedroom crackden in the worst ghetto nigger suburb will cost you like $200 a week, and bills and food are fucken expensive too.
