On the plus side, it worked. The strawberry flavouring is nice and I feel much better. On the downside, I'm still consuming nicotine, so I feel like I failed my resolution already. I'm not going to give up but I feel like I'm going to end up replacing one addiction for another.

I guess my plan is to use this thing until I no longer need it and at that point I can consider myself a quitter. I don't know if this is cheating, though.
I think if you actually want to quit smoking, this can and will help you do it. Otherwise you'll just use it as an excuse to smoke again.

Honestly, you'll find that 20's are infinitely better than teens. All those crazy emotions stabilize mostly. You'll still have some of the same issues, but they won't be anywhere near as volatile.
