Pretty much this. The only way I look past this is that I do the exact same. I'm cold, distant, and I never show any signs of desiring them whatsoever. I'll manhandle them during sex, then tell them to leave or I'll vacate the premises when I'm done. I can't tell you how many times women try to squeeze commitment out of me for doing this.
