Aren't you underrating it just a bit? INFPs can have a purity, a simplicity rarely found in other types. Humanity needs "sensitive souls", peace-makers. Isn't it good enough that you're most likely a nice and genuine person? Even if we're pushed-over, even if we're treated harshly, isn't it good enough that we try our best and can be content with that?
And no matter what, even if people push you around, I'll always think you're cool.

DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Stop overanalizing things, just do what you like to do.
- LIFT.
- Eat more protein and fats (if you're skinny)
- Eeat less carbohydrates (if you're fat)
- Join a sport.
- Don't take yourself so seriously. ( You need to get over the fact that the world does not revolve around you. It never has and never will. No one will cares about what you do on public, stop being hesitant)
- Do things that those "awfull chads boohoo" do. (Like playing a guitar, taking acting classes and etc).
- Don't spend the whole day sitting on your ass, at least take a walk in a park if you have no friends and no plans yet (YOU NEED SUNLIGHT).

She started cooking very high-calorie meals rife with garlic and onion. She mixed my face wash with some wheat germ oil which is the reason I've had so much acne this last few months. I also suspect she's been putting laxatives in my meals because I haven't had a solid bowel movement in months.

i tried to kill myself few months ago. Took a bunch of my blood pressure meds. Docs didnt even believe I took as many as I did because nothing happened. I took atleast 130 because I had just got my prescriptions filled. Like I said, nothing happened and they didnt even pump my stomach...wish I had died everyday.
