Is Kale and "superfoods" in general one huge meme (snake oil)? Like no shit it's better than cake, but why everywhere I look say Kale is end all be all the healthiest food ever? If I eat Kale, drink Naked/water, and a grilled chicken everyday for a month am I now super Jesus?
