I'm not expected to like join the army, do any hard labor, sacrifice myself, be a leader, do anything really. My older brother is expected to be a super successful and get an amazing high stress high paying job meanwhile if at best I'm expect to find someone to marry me and take care of me. I'm not expected to take on any real burdens except babies and science is quickly working to eliminate that. Plus even if I decided to take on some responsibility, if I crash and burn society will just lift me back up and help me. What could be better really?
Also everyone is nice to you even though you do not contribute to society in any way. For example, whenever I go to the grocery store everyone wants to carry my bags to the car for me. Whenever hard labor is involved guys will volunteer just to make sure I don't have to stress my delicate hands. That's pretty great. I'm a useless NEET and my dad treats me like a princess. My brother would have been kicked out years ago.
Oh and of course people will just give you stuff for free, can't forget that.
