After about five years of trying to cope with anxiety I think it's time I got help. Can someone chime in on how effective treatment for this would be? Am I going to be put on meds?
I know getting a prescription depends on severity but I've been to therapy before and it hasn't helped. Even though it's somewhat rare, when I do get anxiety it's not an anxiety attack but bad enough to cause me to have suicidal thoughts.
