I was a hardcore runner
I did marathons, ran up and down mountains, an eventually started doing sprints in between jogging and eventually I was up to a sprint every mile and didn't even have to stop, here's the thing though, some stupid coach back in highschool told me it's better not to stretch before running back in highschool, so I never did, and one day I wen to the doctor for knee pain and found out I had tendinitis in both knees. it takes every fiber of my being not to start running when I'm on a walk and hear a good song, because, when I do, I instantly feel the pain. As soon as I pay off the MRI bill I'll start going to physical therapy.
I've been stretching after a light walk about 3 times a day, take tumeric, wear knee braces most of the time, and even massage the area, but it's slow going.
Something needs to be done about the cancer topics being posted on r9k. I've been on here since 2010, and here's a few things that need to go:
