Hi robots. This is to anyone on disability in Canada. First off, I'm not here to write about how hard my life is, and how woe is me. I just need to know how to get on odsp. I'm extremely depressed, and about to get kicked out of my dads house. I've been on EI for the past couple of months, and it's about to run out. If this doesn't work out, my only other option is suicide or be homeless.
Thank you to anyone who's taken the time to read this, i know you probably have a harder life than i do, and worse problems.

Sorry that r9k isn't as feely as it used to be. I don't know anything about getting on odsp, or what that is actually. If you cry "I was thinking about suicide maybe" to a therapist or mood disorder person, and ask to try odsp, that might work. I shows that you want to try something, and that they probably should try it just because you might kill yourself, it gives urgency. I dunno if this will work, but it's worth a try, I'm getting tested for autism because I asked to, not sure if ccommenting on existentialism and anhedonia had anything to do with their decision.

Never did anything for experience, never made friends or talked to anyone ever, so of course no references either, what the fuck do I do? my resume is literally just my degree and fucking bullshit skills like microsoft office and halfway decent spanish
for references can I just e-mail random professors or what? If they know me at all they probably know me as the kid who sat in the back alone and played on his laptop or phone most of the time and got crap grades.

I couldn't get a good job out of college despite having relevant and demanded skillset and graduating cum laude in STEM. Meanwhile, friends with less/no skills and worse grades got jobs immediately for "knowing people".
I don't have any experience. How am I supposed to get a job then?
Also could you recommend any resources for getting into it on my own?
