then i got put on the highest dose of accutane possible for my weight

other things that helped a huge deal:
fix ur diet (eat clean), use clean pillowsheets and towels each time, pat dry your face instead of rubbing it (doesn't move oil around), don't pick your skin, lay off the dairy (it often works with hormones to create acne), dont wash it or treat it with any creams, soaps, moisturisers or the like.
