However because of my long internet addiction and the fact that I'm a kinesthetic learner and active person, I can't do anything productive on the computer aside from writing blog posts and shitposts, and passively learning things. So what I actually do the rest of t he time is go for long walks outside, and take classes at the yoga and meditation studio my mom goes to. If all else fails, and I'm not pursuing many other options, I would eventually just do the certification courses and become a yoga instructor/staff member at the organization or have my own practice, since thats what I've been doing with my life for the past year anyway.

I'm in the air force, so yeah. This is just the requirements for graduating basic training (boot camp). Once you're already in, the standards actually get a bit easier. Also once you're over 30 years old you use a different chart which is even easier

It's been the opposite experience for me actually. I was an edgy, ignorant teenager but I've gained a lot of self awareness over the years. I wouldn't say I'm happier because of it, but my new perspective on things allows me to be more content with myself than before.
