Yeah I pretty much do that. I try to be pleasant when I have to talk to them, but never become too friendly. I never tell them anything personal, deflect everything with jokes, never ask them anything I don't need to know. I don't make time for them, I forget everything personal they tell me. If they try to talk to me too much I cut them off with jokes and try to annoy them. They get the hint. Worst comes to worst, I just start sperging out (be myself in other words, heh) and they'll stop.
