I like my nihilistic cat.
I like cats, but I'm severely allergic to them and since almost dying in the hospital when I was like five due to cat overload I have had little interaction with them. I've always loved dogs anyway, I prefer a more cuddly/annoying/needy animal and cats are very independent. But they're beautiful and I love playing with them when I can, and helping out stray ones.

I used to before I moved out and started getting calls from my family when they needed to ask me something or were just checking on me.
Talking on the phone with people you already know will make it easier for you to get comfortable speaking on the phone with strangers.

Born and raised in South Florida, I've only seen snow when I've taken short vacations to the mountains.
I loved it so much. We get such mild and warm winters where I'm from, it's usually in the 70's in January. Occasionally we'll get a "Cold Snap" where it's in the 40's for like 48 hours.
I'm finishing up my degree in North Florida, it gets a bit colder here but still way too warm. I just finished applying fro graduate schools, all of which are north of here.
Hoping I get in to one in Indiana. I want the comfy weather.
