Recently turned 19 btw.
Today I just discovered that having dozens or hundreds of tabs open at a time is the norm, as is having tabs open for weeks or months at a time. How the fuck is this possible and how do people stand having a cluttered toolbar?
Anyone /2 to 7 tabs at a time/ here? I shut them down the moment I'm done with a page.
I find old people or tech-tarded college students are prone to this. I usually have a couple of tabs open at once (email is always open in one), but if I ever have so many that they start collapsing in the tool bar I reevaluate what I need.

Yesterday I closed a window that had 1,258 tabs open. Only reason I closed it is because firefox shits itself once it gets to around 2,500,000 K memory usage

"Alright class make sure to review for your test next week okay?" Finally, school was over for the day. You've had a hard time staying awake all day that day.
When the teacher leaves the room, the quiet classroom suddenly erupt in chatter. "Ah... I thought today would never end." You hear one of your classmates say.
"I know... But I guess we can't help it right? We are third years now. We should be looking into what university we need to get into."
They were right. Now that you were a third year, you should be looking into those. Unfortunately you had no interest in it whatsoever.
"Ah Maya is so lucky that she is smart... She would probably have no troubles getting into a good university!" The girls beside you start to talk about the most popular girl in school.
"Eh, it's still hard to get into a good university." Maya was a humble girl. Although she is popular she was nice to everybody. Her apparently cute face and slender body made her popular with the guys. The fact that she was good at sports and studies made her popular with the girls. You've been in the same class for her three years in a row but you just don't see her appeal.
"Ah... Maya is always so humble... By the way do you want to check out that new cake shop by the trains station?"
"Sorry, I don't think I can go today." All these years, you've been observing her and she was just too shady. One of your observations was that she always leaves class at the same time. For the three years you've been in her class she always leaves class at 4 PM sharp. "I have to go do something today." Maya apologizes as she leaves school.
Not being part of any clubs or the student council, you take your leave as well. It was coincidence that you always left school at the same time as her. It wasn't like you were stalking her or anything.
When you reach the building's door you were surprised to see Maya just standing outside. "Eh... Did she forget her umbrella or something?" That was the second observation you made of her. Although she seems to have a good handle of things in class, she seems to be forgetful of simpler things.
As you get closer to her, you could see a worried look on her face. "Ah... I can't believe I forgot my umbrella today... I hope she doesn't get bored or wait too long..." She whispers to herself.
