Telling a man that he's ignoring the women that are already attracted to him is even worse, how can a man whose never had experience in an intimate or sexual sense recognize those kinds of displays unless they were blatant?

Gymbro here, if you need advice you can ask me, losing weight really isn't that hard, the biggest problem will be the loose skin.
To avoid that, you need to loose 2 lbs or less a week, eat healthy food (no bread) and drink plenty of water. You can also hit the gym, you'll have a nice body too. Losing 150 pounds would take like 1.5 years if you lose 2 pounds a week (which is ez pez). Do it for yourself guys, l was a fatass too, now l'm doing pretty good and get a lot of pussy, it bolsts confidence a lot to look good.
