Your first goal could be something like going for a walk, or dining out somewhere even if you're alone. This initiative is aimed towards those who are at or near the bottom of the barrel. We can start with some basic stats.

I know a robot who killed himself yesterday. He was in my grade (HS senior). No friends. Wore new balances, scrawny. I know why he did it. He asked this Stacy (her name's Marilyn) in front of like 30 kids to prom and she gave one of the worst possible rejections I've ever seen. I saw the tears swell up in his eyes.
