I'd think of my own relationship with my little brother, which is affectionate but also a bit motherly from my side due to me having been so much older than him and always the responsible sibling etc. It just feels fundamentally wrong. Like I can see that he's a smart and handsome guy, and I love him to bits, but there's no physical attraction, he's my brother and I pushed him around in a pram and taught him to swim for fuck's sake
If I found out a guy I was romantically interested in I'd nope the fuck out of that acquaintance because not only does it mean there's something seriously wrong in that family to have both the brother and the sister be ok with sibling incest and they're clearly fucked in the head, it'd also mean that his ex would be forever around, every single family holiday gathering, and due to the blood connection the sister ex would forever have a stronger link to him than me.
