Socialize. Learn about things that aren't hikkimori hobbies. Talk about them with other people. Use that cultivated personality to make people enjoy your company.
Get a job.
That's pretty much it. Find a girl you might be interested in, talk to her a few times, try to start a casual thing, take it more serious if it works out. If rejected, just move on, don't act like a child.
It shouldn't be an end goal, just a part of life, you know? It's really not that hard. It really just fucking isn't.
