Let's talk about real things that can help improve your life. Most of my knowledge is hygiene related so if you have helpful stuff to add please do!

When you're getting gloved fingers shoved up your asskinky ;)ask them about what vitamins you think you should be taking. Ask them if they think you should have any kind of supplements too. Trust me, taking vitamins makes you feel SO MUCH more energetic and healthy.

Ask them about what type of stuff you should use in the shower. They'll be able to see what's fucked up about your skin and show you what products can help you out.

If you don't have a job then get one! It doesn't have to pay well, and it doesn't have to be fast food. The point is that doing something productive everyday really helps you improve everywhere else.

You don't need to shampoo every night. Eliminate all flakes and dandruff type stuff with medicated shampoos and then wash every 2-3 days. Do an oil treatment every couple weeks if you have longer hair and once a month if you have short hair.

Clean your living spaces once a week. Once you do it consistently it will become much easier. If you take care of where you live, you will start to take care of yourself.

I'm not saying you should go hardcore just improve it. Instead of cheezits have an apple. Instead of pringles have a banana. You don't need another sandwich, make a smoothie instead!
