OKay so I am looking to join the airforce but i have had a history of depression, made an attempt on my life, and was put into a mental health hospital for about a week and they gave me medicine to take for it. I took it for about 4 months and then stopped because i felt like I didn't need it anymore. Will this hurt my chances of joining the military? Can I just lie about all of this? What do?

Reporting in. Weighed in at 265.6 this morning, which is down about 4 pounds from a week and a half ago. I decided enough is enough when I went up from a 38 to a 40 waist over a summer. Also I kinda half-assed dieted over the fall and when I came back from winter break I gained 8 pounds in 3 weeks because I just sat on my ass and smoked weed.
Honestly though I'm not really starving myself. I found this great app called "My Fitness Pal", and after giving it my information and weight goal, it gave me a daily calorie and nutrient goal to try to stick to, which I found is pretty doable, although I go to bed hungry more times than not. As I go through my day I just search in the app what I ate (Meijer chicken breast, Bushe's baked beans, Taco Bell, etc) and it subtracts it info from the goal. Basically I can eat whatever I want, but if I ate like 3 things from McDonalds or something then I would meet my daily goal in a single meal, so obviously I have to plan it out.
TL;DR if you are struggling with tracking your intake I recommend downloading "My Fitness Pal". Its free and has nutritional info and almost any food you can think of
