Before everyone goes batshit calling the ladies fat and lazy, let me give you some perspective.
Thanks to feminism, married life is exhausting for women. Married life is like a full-time job in addition to their full-time job.
Now days, men don't expect women to just stay at home and be a housewife who cooks, cleans, raises the children, takes care of the in-laws, goes grocery shopping, runs errands like taking the car to get checked, looks pretty, and stays in shape. Nowadays, a woman is expected to do all the things I listed AND work full time AND pull in good money.
A full-time job is exhausting in itself. Add that to doing all of the home maintainance and child rearing, and do women have time to work out and cook a wholesome plant-based meal from scratch? No.

Have you ever smoked ciggies? You need to inhale it into your lungs, and then hold it there for a few seconds (longer than with tobacco). I had the same problem when I was a kid, I just sucked the weed into my mouth then blew it out. You sort of suck it in your mouth, then take a deep breath into your lungs
