Need help when it comes to making eggs. I seem to be particularly prone to getting sick from undercooked foods so I want to make sure it's done right, but also tasty.
-Are you supposed to put it on high, put the eggs on the pan, then immediately set it to medium? Or should it just be medium the whole time?
-When making two or more eggs in the same pan, how do you keep them separate? When I make them, the egg whites always combine. I know a lot of people eat them this way, but is there an easy way to make sure they stay as separate eggs?
-If I want them over-easy, at what point do I flip? Does the top of the egg have to look totally done, or should the egg white still look kind of gooey? I don't want to overcook.
-If I want them sunny side-up, at what point do I remove the lid and declare them done? Should the egg yolk be covered by a slight layer of white, or should it be totally uncovered?
-It seems like some people at first crack the eggs into a separate bowl, before putting them in the pan. Why? What's better about this then just making them in the pan?

Just warm up the oil and then put the eggs in. Medium is fine.
Why do you give a fuck if they are separate? They are all going into your stomach. If you are cooking for other people as well just manually separate them when they are done.
As long as the whites and yolks become solid they are cooked.
They crack then in a bowl to make sure they aren't spoiled first before they put them in. Also helps to see if any shell got in.

You put the pan on the thing, you spray that shit on it so you're not scrubbing later, and then you spill the eggs on it. You wait until they're a little brown and then you put it on bread with some mayo. If it's not tasty you put more mayo.
