summer is coming and family wants to go to the beach
>150kg fatass with mantits
>shitty trunks that give me a cocktoe
>hairy like a turkish lawyer
>25 and going with parents
I'm going to swim far away and drown
how the fuck did you get to 150kg
I've been lifting for 6 years, I've bulked up-to 95kg before and I felt like absolute shit. I feel most comfortably around 75kg and lean.
Just tell them you don't want to go to the beach.
Worked for me.

I ate fries for 6 years
>>28581439
I did. But they won't let me.
>>28581468
Tell them you aren't going to the beach and there is nothing they can do about it.
Worked for me.
>150kg
Im american and i literally have no clue how much that is. A lot? A little? Lol fuck google.
>150kg
>swim

150kg x (2.024) = 330.6lbs
>>28581224
I sort of know that feel
>might have to wear a swimsuit this summer
>have gained like 20 lbs since the last time I wore one, developed a misshapen ass and legs, gross all over
>lack motivation to lose weight because muh depression
>>28581357
>some /fit/ wannabe feels the need to inform everyone how in shape he is
Every fucking time. Probably a manlet
>>28581619

>trim myself down from 125 to 100kg
>go back up to 115
>right in time for summer
Just cuck my shit up senpaitachi
>>28581660
>be 100 kg last year
>lift like crazy and get to 76
>get crippling depression

I can't leave the house or people will realize how fat I got. My relatives don't even recognize me.
>>28581562
Fat floats.
>>28581660
lol.
Yeaah, that's a normal mistake to make when losing weight, people lose a lot of weight and get complacent and go back to their old habits. Same thing happened to me a lot of times when trying to drop the fat. I eventually realized you can ever stop trying.
I wasn't massively fat or anything, but I was 20kg or so overweight. I lost the 20kg like 5 times and regained it back everytime within a year. Now for the 6th time I lost it (4 years ago) I've kept it off and maintain a thin body, but everyday is like diet mode, sure you can fuck up here and there, but I get straight "back on the wagon" right away and I keep my weight maintained.
Don't ever think you can go back to old eating habits, it just gets you fat again.

An anon posted a thread the other night about being too skelly for his family's beach holiday. We've come full circle.
>>28581764
Ooof. Iktf anon. I was able to get down to 78kg about two years ago. Basically got comfortable like >>28581775 said, and over those two years I shot back up to my original weight, then eventually surpassed it. Sitting at 97k now
>tfw seeing my parents a few months after the weight came back
>for the first time in my life, they never remarked on how handsome I was
That shit hurt. Never realized how badly I needed that until I didn't get it
>>28581224
>spends time writing about how fat he is
>doesn't put any time into DOING something about it
>>28581884
>"my life's gonna change I can feel it"
>>28581775
I guess. The thing is I was aware of this but still got fat cuz I work a lot of hours to pay for uni and my curriculum is hard so I can't lift during the school year since I'm perpetually exhausted and studying for some exam or other. That's why I only lose weight in the summer.
I'm hoping since I'm still in the green and below my starting weight I'll be able to eventually make it to a normal weight while repeating this cycle summer after summer.
